Thanks to its oval shape and angled shaft top it has excellent
feather picking features. With its excellent picking potential
and rugged structure, it is used with pre-picking machines where
intensive feather volume and long picking lines are involved.
Due to its efficient physical shape it ensures a reasonably
long operating times. It is used in domestically manufactured
picking machines and Stork, Meyn, Systemate brand picking machines.
Various consistencies of paste mixtures may be applied.

Thanks to its semi-oval shape, long plucking zone (14 shafts)
and especially round shaft top to ensure easy removing the remaining
feathers without damaging to the epidermis of the poultry skin,
it is used at finisher plugging machines on long plucking lines.
Owing to its robust shaft structure, finger shaft breakage problems
encountered at finisher machines are substantially eliminated.
Despite varying consistencies of paste mixtures may be applied,
on grounds its general application at finisher picking machines,
soft finger usage is recommended. |
